UGA Policies

Medical Hold Policy
If an athlete is injured, we can place a medical hold on the account for up to four (4) weeks starting from the date the injury is reported to the gym. Holds cannot be applied retroactively, and we do not offer refunds for missed classes. After the injury is reported, we can apply a credit to the account for any weeks missed due to the injury. These credits may be used toward future classes and follow our standard credit policies.

Makeup Policy

We understand that occasional absences happen and are happy to offer makeup opportunities when possible.

  • Makeup classes may be scheduled for any missed class within a 3-month (90-day) timeframe from the date of the absence.
  • All makeup classes are subject to availability in a comparable class level and time.
  • Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance through our office.
  • We recommend scheduling makeups as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Please note that makeups cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on open spots in other classes.

Cancellation Policy

To discontinue enrollment, we require written notice submitted prior to the 20th of the current month.

  • All cancellation requests must be completed using the Drop Request Form, which can be found on our website or accessed via the QR code at the front desk.
  • Requests submitted after the 20th will result in tuition being charged for the following month.
  • Verbal notices, emails, or messages will not be accepted as official cancellation requests.

Tuition Policy

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is automatically processed on the 24th of each month for the upcoming month’s classes. A valid card on file is required for all enrollments and will be used for all recurring payments. By enrolling in our program, you authorize our facility to charge the card on file for monthly tuition.
